「“素敵”に国境はない」を理念に、パレスチナの職人が手がける美しい刺繍や工芸品を扱うフェアトレードブランド「架け箸」を2020年に創立。幸せを呼ぶといわれるオリーブの剪定材を使った「箸」をはじめとする木製品や、布製品などを紹介販売するほか、パレスチナの文化や生活を伝える活動をしている。

CHIE TAKAHASHI is the owner of “Kakehashi,” a creative brand that delivers the charm of Middle Eastern Palestine × Japanese “Kawaii.
Founded in 2020, “Kakehashi” is a fair trade brand based on the idea that “Beauty knows no borders.” It features beautiful embroidery and crafts made by Palestinian artisans. The brand sells wooden items like chopsticks made from pruned olive wood, believed to bring happiness, as well as fabric products. Along with these, Kakehashi also shares Palestinian culture and daily life through its activities.
